Click the links to download training sessions.

Each session can be done as a complete day's training, or configure your training day's, to the time available. All sessions are numbered and can be manipulated to suit your needs.

It is advisable to always start with physical warm-ups and warm-ups with pistol as outlined at the start of each session.

Inquiries are welcome on any training sessions.

These training sessions have been designed for more experienced athletes, who have previously done physical training, in order to complete all exercises without causing strain or injury. Should you be new to the sport, it is advisable to only complete partial sessions, until such time you have developed holding ability and strength to complete all sessions without causing strain or injury.
